1. What is this Privacy Policy?
Atlas Guide, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Switch application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service, in compliance with applicable data protection laws and guidelines.
2. Information We Collect
Users may access our Service by creating an account. We collect only the minimum personal information necessary to provide the Service.
Required information: Information necessary to perform the essential functions of the Service.
Optional information: Additional information collected to provide more specialized services.

① How we collect personal information
When collecting personal information, we always notify users in advance and obtain their consent. We collect information through the following methods:
- When users consent to collection and directly enter information during account registration or service use
- When personal information is provided by affiliated services or organizations
- Through customer support consultations via web, email, phone, or other channels
- Participation in online/offline events
- Automatically generated and collected during PC web or mobile web/app use (e.g., device information)

3. Service Provision
- Required: Email, mobile phone number, password, login ID, name, service usage records, access logs, payment records, text messages, user appointments/schedules/transaction amounts extracted from voice call recordings or text messages entrusted by users, voice call recordings, text transcripts of voice call recordings, saved contacts (device address book)
- Optional: Occupation, company name, company phone number, job title, department, credit card information
- Purpose:
- Service provision, improvement of speech recognition models required for service provision
- Identifying callers on incoming calls and displaying caller names in call history (To facilitate smooth caller identification and synchronization, contact data on the device is transmitted to and stored on our secure servers and will never be used for any other purpose or arbitrarily provided to third parties.)
- Providing AI Receptionist and call summary features: AI responds to incoming calls on behalf of users or analyzes call content to provide text conversion and summaries. Data processed in this process is used only temporarily to achieve this purpose.
4. Retention Period
The above information is used until membership withdrawal. However, information for preventing fraudulent use is retained for 6 months after withdrawal and then deleted.
5. Marketing and Advertising (Third-Party Use)
- Optional: Email, mobile phone number, login ID, gender, date of birth, name, job title, occupation, service usage records
- Purpose: Development of new services/products and personalized service provision, transmission of event and promotional information and providing participation opportunities
- Retention period: Used until membership withdrawal; immediately deleted upon member's deletion request
3. How We Use Your Information
We use personal information for member management, service development/provision/improvement, new service development, and building a safe internet environment. We do not use personal information for purposes other than those stated, except with separate user consent or as required by law.
- Member identification/registration intent confirmation, identity/age verification, fraud prevention
- Confirming legal guardian consent when collecting personal information of children under 18, identity verification when legal guardian exercises rights
- User phone number registration and friend referral features
- New service development, diverse service provision, handling inquiries or complaints, sending notices
- Content delivery, shipping, and fee settlement when using paid services
- Prevention and sanctions for acts that impede smooth service operation (including account theft and fraudulent use)
- Personalized content recommendations and marketing based on demographic characteristics and user interests, preferences, and tendencies
- Voice command processing and speech recognition improvement, personalized service provision
- Uploading contact data stored on the device to our servers to identify callers when receiving calls and display caller names to users
- Providing AI-powered incoming call response (AI Receptionist) and call content text conversion/summary features
- Utilizing service usage records, access frequency and service usage statistics, building a privacy-protective service environment, service improvement

We do not disclose users' personal information externally, except for the items specified below. Exceptions apply when required by law or when users provide separate consent.

5. Data Retention and Deletion
In principle, we delete users' personal information without delay when the retention period expires.
However, if separate consent has been obtained for a specific retention period, or if laws require retention for a certain period, we safely retain the information for that period. Electronic files are securely deleted so they cannot be recovered or reproduced; other records, printed materials, and documents are shredded or incinerated.

- Company account and withdrawal notice email address encrypted and retained for sending guidance emails and responding to CS inquiries
- Fraudulent service use records
② Deletion of personal information
Personal information whose collection and use purpose has been achieved — such as member withdrawal, service termination, or expiry of the agreed retention period — is destroyed in an unrecoverable manner. Information required to be retained by law is also destroyed in an unrecoverable manner without delay after that period expires.
Additionally, personal information of members who have not used the service for an extended period may be separately stored and managed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our internal data governance policies.
6. Your Rights
Users (or legal guardians for users under 18) may at any time view or modify their personal information, and may request withdrawal of consent for collection/use or account cancellation. Specifically, users may contact our customer center by written request, phone, or email and we will take action immediately.
You may use the member information modification or withdrawal functions in the service settings, or contact our customer center by written request, phone, or email at privacy@switchphone.ai, and we will take action without delay.
7. Cookies
We install and operate cookies to provide web-based services, and users may refuse them. Cookies are used to support faster and more convenient website use and to provide customized services.
However, if you refuse cookie installation, web use may become inconvenient and some services requiring login may be difficult to use.
8. Security Measures
We regard users' personal information as the most important value and do our best to manage it safely. In processing personal information, we make the following efforts:
- Regular internal audits: We conduct regular (quarterly) internal audits to ensure stability in personal information handling.
- Minimization and training of personal information handling staff
- Establishment and implementation of internal management plans
- Technical measures against hacking and other threats
- Encryption of personal information
- Retention and tamper prevention of access records: We retain and manage records of access to personal information processing systems for at least 6 months.

If your personal information has been infringed upon and you need to report or consult, please contact the relevant authorities in your jurisdiction.
10. Scope of Application
This Privacy Policy applies to the Company's service "Switch." If personal information is collected by other companies' services or websites linked to Switch, this Privacy Policy does not apply after personal information has been provided with user consent.
11. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete such information promptly. If you believe we may have collected information from a child under 18, please contact us at privacy@switchphone.ai.
12. AI Services and Data Processing
- The Company uses external AI technology to provide "AI Receptionist" and "Call Summary" features.
- Users' personal information (contacts, profile, and other personally identifiable information) isnever provided or used for AI model training or for the external service's own purposes.
- Data transmitted to AI services is limited solely to "voice and text data of the relevant call," and is strictly and limitedly processed only to achieve the original purpose of call summarization and information delivery for the user.
- The Company, through contracts with processors, fundamentally blocks the use of transmitted data for AI model training (by utilizing API modes, etc.), and takes technical and administrative protective measures to ensure processed data is not used for any purpose other than that stated.
- Users may decide at any time whether to use this feature through the in-app settings.
13. Changes to This Policy
When there are additions, deletions, or modifications to this Privacy Policy, we will provide advance notice through the website at least 7 days before the revision. However, when significant changes to users' important rights or obligations occur, such as changes to collected personal information items or purposes of use, we will provide notice at least 30 days in advance.
