Switch currently supports English, Japanese, and Korean with high accuracy. We're actively adding support for more languages.

You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation
Make harassing, threatening, or fraudulent calls
Impersonate another person or entity without authorization
Conduct telemarketing in violation of applicable do-not-call regulations
Record calls in jurisdictions where recording is prohibited without consent
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

5. Call Recording and Compliance

You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding call recording, including obtaining any required consent from call participants. Recording laws vary by jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with the laws in your jurisdiction and the jurisdiction of the person you are calling.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI to conduct calls, generate transcriptions, and create summaries. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. You should verify important information independently. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by the Company and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your call data, recordings, and any content you provide. You grant us a limited license to process your data as needed to provide the Service.

8. Payment and Billing

Pricing and payment terms will be communicated upon launch.
Early access users may receive special pricing terms.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we determine that your use poses a risk to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
